BENKAM has its own profile processing department - fabrication, which is systematically expanded and equipped with innovative devices and new technologies to increase its competitiveness on the market. Thinking about its clients, the company invests in modern multi-axis machining centers, precision saws, punching and shaping presses and stations for assembling ready-made components.
Mechanical treatment
BENKAM offers machining of profiles on multi-axis numerically controlled machining centers, the range of machining per numerical center includes:
- milling of surfaces and holes
- drilling holes
- threading
- engraving
- undercutting of profile ends
Technical parameters of machine tools:
- length of workpieces up to 9 m
- height of workpieces up to 0.4 m
- width of workpieces up to 0.5m

Thermal breaks
Since 2016, BENKAM has offered its customers the service of joining aluminum profiles with polyamide strips. These solutions are used mainly in the building and construction industry, i.e. window and door systems as well as in the air conditioning industry.
